Terms of use

These terms cover the YEARLAP mobile game (iPhone, iPad and Android). The game is provided by its developer, Chocho Apps. Contact: chochoapps@gmail.com.

Licence

• You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game for your own private use, on the devices you downloaded it to from a store.
• If you downloaded the game from the App Store, the Apple standard licence (EULA) applies as well. If from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply as well.
• The game, its art, music and marks belong to the developer. You may not copy, sell or share them outside the game.

In-app purchases

• Premium is a one-time purchase. It gives the benefits described in the game for good, and you can restore it on another device with “Restore purchases”.
• Coin packs are an in-game currency. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to anyone else. You can spend them only in the game.
• Payments are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms. You see the prices in the game before you buy. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its rules.
• Your progress (coins included) is stored only on your device. Deleting the game or “Reset progress” removes it. Premium can be restored; coins earned or bought cannot.
• Nothing in the game is random for real money. Chests are earned in the game and the odds of their contents are always shown.

Ads

You watch rewarded ads only when you choose to. They are served by Google AdMob as described in the privacy policy.

Fair play

• You may not interfere with how the game works, modify its files, bypass its protections or purchases, or use it commercially without the developer's consent.
• Promo codes work only for the period and the scope we issued them for.

Liability

We work to keep the game running well, but it is provided as is and we cannot promise it is free of bugs. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losing progress stored on your device. This does not limit your rights as a consumer.

Changes and law

We may change these terms, for example when the game gets new features. We will publish the new version on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to the consumer rights of the country you live in. Send complaints and questions to chochoapps@gmail.com; we reply within 14 days.
